Plan a call
You pick the moment.
I do not run a weekly call.
No group session, no webinar, and nothing you have to remember on a fixed day. You write when you have something to solve, and we find a time that week.
St. Augustine, Florida, Eastern time. I answer in English and in Spanish.
So the call is worth it
Send these three things first.
Not a requirement, just the difference between a call that decides something and a call that schedules another call.
What you are trying to fix
In one line. Not the solution you had in mind, the problem underneath it. Those are often different, and the second one is the useful one.
One real number
What you pay per sale, how many messages you miss, how long a quote takes. Any number beats a description, because I can work with a number.
When it has to be done
A date, even a rough one. It changes what I would recommend, and sometimes it means I tell you to do the smaller version first.
What happens on the call
Twenty minutes, and it does not cost anything.
You talk first. I ask questions until I understand the operation, not just the request. Then I tell you what I would do, in what order, and what I would leave for later.
If it is not something I do, or if you do not need me for it, I say that on the call instead of writing you a proposal. That has happened plenty of times and it costs me nothing to be straight about it.
If we go ahead, you get the scope and the price in writing before any work starts. No surprises on an invoice.
How to reach me
- WhatsApp is fastest, and it comes straight to me
- Email works if you would rather write it all out
- I answer messages any hour, but I only start conversations during the day
- English or Spanish, whichever you think in
Write when you have something to solve.
Not on a schedule. There is no weekly call to catch and nothing to sign up for.
