Websites

A site that loads,
and that you can change.

Most small business sites are slow because they carry a page builder, a theme and nine plugins to show a menu and a phone number. I build the menu and the phone number.

What you get

The parts that actually decide whether it works.

Speed that is real

A person on a phone outside your door with one bar of signal is your hardest visitor. If the site does not paint in a couple of seconds, they leave and you never know it happened.

  • Static pages
  • Compressed images
  • No builder weight

Built phone first

I design the small screen first and let the desktop follow, because that is the order your visitors actually arrive in. Tap targets sized for a thumb, text you do not have to pinch.

  • Mobile first
  • Readable
  • Tested small

It belongs to you

Your domain, your hosting account, your files. If you stop working with me tomorrow the site keeps running and someone else can pick it up. No hostage setups.

  • Your domain
  • Your hosting
  • Portable

Findable

Titles and descriptions written per page, a sitemap that actually lists everything, and the local details Google needs to put you on the map for St. Augustine.

  • Per page SEO
  • Sitemap
  • Local

Measured from day one

Analytics wired before launch, not after. A site with no measurement cannot tell you which page loses people, so every decision after that is a guess.

  • Analytics
  • Events
  • Reporting

Changes without drama

New dish, new price, new hours. You message me and it is live. No ticket queue, no waiting for a sprint, and no agency retainer to change a phone number.

  • Fast edits
  • Direct line
  • No ticket system

How I build

Five steps from the first call to live.

  1. We talk

What the site has to do. Book a table, take a catering request, sell a product, or just be findable. One job beats five.

  2. I write the structure

Pages, and what each one is for. This is where most sites go wrong, and it costs nothing to fix at this stage.

  3. I build it

You see it on a real URL while it is being built, not a screenshot. You can open it on your phone at any point and tell me what is off.

  4. We check it together

On your phone, on your laptop, with your slowest connection. I fix what you find before anyone else sees it.

  5. It goes live and I stay

Launch is not the end of the job. Things break, hours change, and you should not need an agency to fix a typo.

Websites are quoted

A one page site for a food truck and a full restaurant site with menus, catering and reservations are not the same build. Tell me what it has to do and you get a real number.

Even if you hate it. Especially if you hate it. I will tell you whether it needs a rebuild or just needs to stop carrying weight it does not use.
