Automation & AI

The lead that waits
is the lead you lost.

Most small businesses do not lose customers on price. They lose them to a message nobody answered for four hours. I build the thing that answers.

What I build

Four kinds of work, one engine underneath.

WhatsApp that answers

HABLALO connects your WhatsApp Business number to an assistant that handles first contact, answers the questions you get twenty times a week, and hands you the conversation the moment it needs a person.

  • First response
  • Escalates to you
  • Meta Business API

Follow up that does not depend on memory

The quote you sent and nobody chased. The order that shipped and nobody confirmed. These are not hard problems, they are just problems that need someone to remember, and software remembers better than any of us.

  • Quotes
  • Orders
  • Reminders

Reporting you actually read

One message a day with the numbers that decide something. Not a dashboard you have to remember to open, because you will not open it, and neither would I.

  • Daily
  • Pushed to you
  • Only what decides

Tools built for your operation

When the off the shelf thing does not fit, I build the piece that does. Quote builders, internal panels, product analyzers, image generators. Small tools that remove a job you were doing by hand.

  • Quote builders
  • Internal panels
  • Custom

How I decide what to automate

I automate the thing you do the most, not the thing that sounds impressive.

Every operation has one job that eats the day. It is usually boring: answering the same question, copying an order from one screen to another, checking whether something shipped.

That is the one worth automating, and it is almost never the one people ask for first. So before I build anything I want to see a week of your actual work, not a description of it. Descriptions leave out the boring part, and the boring part is the whole opportunity.

And I do not automate something that is broken. Automating a bad process just makes it produce mistakes faster.

What I need from you

  • A week of real messages, not a summary
  • The tools you already pay for, so I do not replace what works
  • Who answers today, and at what hours
  • The question you are tired of typing

Automation is quoted

HABLALO has published plans on its own page. Anything custom depends on what it has to connect to, so it gets a real quote after I have seen the operation.

What did you answer twenty times this week?

That is where we start. Tell me the question, and I will tell you whether it is worth automating or whether the fix is simpler than that.
